an adventure restoring Windows after 3 years

Hi,
I just would like to share some tricks, you may need them in future.
You should not follow each steps one by one,Just focus on the step the best fitted into your requirements.

Couple days ago,i want to do maintenance in my old laptop (Toshiba Satellite Series). The easiest way is; turn it as the first day i bought.
Here is step by Step (need 4 GB USB Flash disk and second laptop :))
1- I backed up all Users directory
2- I figured out,i had a ghost file taken by Norton Ghost in Hiren's Boot CD (http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd - All in One Bootable CD which has all necessary utilities).I have not got any empty CD to create bootable CD so i have to make bootable USB.
Restore from GHOST by Hiren's bootable USB
3- First of all I downloaded Hiren's CD iso file from the web site above.
4- To create bootable USB,insert USB into laptop and set as bootable by http://www.hiren.info/download/freeware-tools/USBFormat.zip
5- Run executable file from zip file
6- Set appropriate USB in the "Device" listbox. Select Fat32 from "File System"
7- give a good name to the USB Bootable disk via "Volume Label".
8- Select "Quick Format" option from "Format Options" section to gain time.
9- click "Start" to create bootable device.
10- now we gave to prepare as bootable by grub4dos application (http://www.hiren.info/download/dos-files/grub4dos.zip)
11- run grub4dos_gui.exe with administrator rights.
12- select USB device which is prepared before as FAT32 file system from "Disk" (do not forget to refreshing)
13- Select "Whole Disk (MBR)" from "Part List" field.
14- click install,USB is now bootable.
15- Copy all directories and files into USB disk from Hiren's iso file (To navigate iso files, you can use MagicIso (www.magiciso.com)) .
16- Copy grldr and menu.lst from grub4dos.zip to the usb drive.
17- if you edit menu.lst, you will see that system will look menu.lst from HBCD directory
18- if you do not seem any menu.lst in the HBCD directory,do not be panic just create and paste below;

timeout 60
default 0

title Boot from Hard Drive
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader (hd0,0)+1

title --------------------
root

title Start Hiren's BootCD
find --set-root /HBCD/boot.gz
map --mem /HBCD/boot.gz (fd0)
map --hook
chainloader (fd0)+1
rootnoverify (fd0)
map --floppies=1
boot

title Mini Windows Xp
find --set-root /HBCD/XPLOADER.BIN
chainloader /HBCD/XPLOADER.BIN

do not forget to give "menu.lst" name to the newly created file in the HBCD

19- I restarted my laptop and boot from USB.
20- I just opened Ghost program from list and restore my ghost file
21- after one hour,i realised,Windows Vista opened but i am sure that i bought Windows 7 home premium and had updated Visto to the Windows 7 Home Premium
22- I was shocked,i forgot the passowrd after tried 10 times.
23- I am sure that i have to upgrade from windows vista to windows 7 rather than setup clean installation(i do not want instals drivers, applications again and i am sure that i lost most of the setup cds that i buy) so i must login into Windows Vista.I have to crack Windows Vista 7
Obtaining Forgatten Password from Windows Vista
24- ophcrack-xp-livecd-3.4.0.iso is great tool for this purpose (http://garr.dl.sourceforge.net/project/ophcrack/ophcrack-livecd/3.4.0/ophcrack-xp-livecd-3.4.0.iso).this is a linux based application.
25- We need bootable cd or USB to start laptop/pc.
26-There is a great tool prepared for ophcrack to build USB : Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.1.0.exe (http://www.pendrivelinux.com/downloads/Universal-USB-Installer/Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.1.0.exe)
27- Execute Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.1.0.exe file with Administrator rights.
28- Accept license Agreement to start by clicking "I Agree".
29- Find "ophcrach vista/7" from Step 1 list.
30- Select iso file path
31- Select USB letter and click "Create".
32- Bootable cd will be prepared and ready to use
33- Boot PC/Laptop that you obtain password by USB
34- Linux will be start and select "default" or wait for a while to load application.
35- you will probably see NTLM hash with user name defined by Windows Vista/7.
36- if you are lucky (like me) you can copy NT hash value to the "http://www.md5decrypter.co.uk/ntlm-decrypt.aspx" web site to obtain your password with plain text.
hopes, you find what you are looking.
regards,
